I'm Felicha W., the breeder behind Walker's Dachshunds located in Adolphus, KY. Our dogs are bred to have top qualities that all families want in their puppies, such as compassion, patience, and love! Our dogs stole our hearts right from the start and we found ourselves wanting to get more involved. Breeding was a natural next step and we haven’t looked back since!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I got into breeding by falling in love with the breed. I researched and learn as much as I could and got myself a well-groomed breeder that was also reputable. She is still with me till this day. We learn from each other still. Each litter I better my program. I don't think it will ever stop getting better.

  • What makes your program special?

    The love and well-being of all my babies is my top priority. I don't care about the money just their happiness and wellness. My parents are health tested. I also help take in some that people can't care for and need help with. I help as many as I can to make sure the babies get the best homes.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies include smooth and longhaired coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Felicha

Felicha has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include a $200 refundable deposit and between $1,600 - $2,800 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes AKC registration, shots at 6 and 8 weeks, wormings at 2,4,6 and 8 weeks, vet checking, and puppy socialization. I do also have some ckc registered dogs as well. Slowly moving over to Akc. All of our deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions.”

Felicha may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Felicha was an amazing breeder to purchase from. My little puppy is great with kids - and in fact he looks for my daughter if we're out and about when he hears other children around him, you can tell he's had tons of attention from his first human family, and he is absolutely brilliant. Not only that, I firmly believe Felicha goes above and beyond in regards to handling these pups before adoption. All of his shots were up to date, and a clean bill of health from the vetinarian. Another thing, she sent him home with a few toys and outfit she had bought herself, collar, poo bags, and a blanket and toy with his mom, dad, and siblings scent on it. She's obviously doing this for the right reasons and she loves the animals. Thank you Felicha to you and your family for the furr-fect addition to mine. God bless.
