I'm Meagan W., the breeder behind Wallace Babies located in Franklin, PA. We are proud to offer our beautiful Shih Tzu puppies to loving homes! Our dogs are healthy and have great temperaments. The sweet, loyal, and playful disposition of our dogs inspired us to begin responsibly breeding to expand the breed and share them with others.

Why did you start breeding?
I wouldn't say I'm into breeding, exactly but how I am here is because everyone loves my babies so much they say I should let them have babies. So here I am.What makes your program special?
That we don't over breed or use dogs untill they can't have babies anymore. We don't do this for sport nor money.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Meagan
Meagan has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $650 - $800 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“This price includes: health check, CKC registration, first round of shots, deworming, and puppy socialization. I give a take home care package and 1 week worth of food. Deposits are not refundable. Only certain circumstances.”
Contract & health guarantee
Meagan may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
