I'm Breanna K., the breeder behind Weenie Wonderland located in Lake Balboa, CA. Here at Weenie Wonderland we are only interested in producing genetically healthy and well socialized puppies that are ready to jump right into their new homes. We do our best to go above and beyond for our dogs. All of our dams and sires are Embark DNA tested, OFA certified and AKC registered.

Why did you start breeding?
I got into breeding due to being badly burned by a backyard breeder. I adopted a puppy and by 8 months old, he had such severe hip dysplasia that he could no longer walk. I was slapped with a $20,000 vet bill for a dog I paid $250 for not even 6 months prior. I wanted to prevent something like that from ever happening to anyone else.What makes your program special?
Here at Weenie Wonderland we do our best to ensure that families are bringing home genetically healthy and well socialized puppies that are ready to jump right into their new families. Adopting a puppy from us makes you part of the family. We love to stay in touch with all adopters and do family get togethers when possible. Getting a puppy from Breanna
Breanna has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Breanna partners with them to find the best puppy match.
“As the breeder I will do my best to inform my potential adopters of every puppies individual personalities and quirks. If the adopter is looking for something specifically, I will do my best to match them with what they want. Ultimately though, the adopter gets the final say in the matter, barring other puppies already being selected by another adopter.”
Price
“The price includes a one-year health guarantee, the first rounds of vaccines, deworming, microchips, and fecal examination. Puppies will have seen the vet twice prior to going to their new homes. Final prices vary based on sex, coat type and color. Deposits can either hold a specific puppy for you or secure a spot for the next litter.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. About Thorn
Thorn is the dog version of an energizer bunny. He is packed full of energy and is always looking to play with someone. Thorn is a very affectionate boy with the people he knows and trusts. He absolutely loves and lives to play fetch. He can run for hours without getting tired and nothing else exists once the ball launcher comes out. Thorn is incredibly loyal and can be trusted to walk off leash without running off.

Rosie is an absolute lovebug. All she needs from life is a ball and a lap to sit on and she's the happiest girl on the face of the planet. Rosie loves to burrow and can often be found sleeping under blankets. Rosie is very friendly and outgoing, though she often marches to the beat of her own drum.

Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
