I'm Brandy R., the breeder behind Western Slope English Cream Dachshund located in Delta, CO. We cherish each of our dogs and puppies, and we do everything we can to make sure that they get the best lives possible. That includes everything from choosing healthy parents with good temperaments, to proper socialization and daily care, to placing them in loving homes with wonderful families.   • Why did you start breeding?

    I did research for 2 years to find a fit for my household. I was looking for something that is hardy, did great with kids, smart, and goofy. I think I did pretty well with picking the creams. They make me laugh everyday.

  • What makes your program special?

    These dogs are treated like gold. We don't over breed. Moms and dads are health tested. Puppies are worked with from day one. Are main goal is for people to have happy, healthy and well adjusted pups.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies are cream. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Brandy

Brandy has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and $2,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes AKC registration, current on vaccinations, deworming, puppy socialization,. I ask for a 300 deposit to hold for the next available puppy. You will be notified when a breeding is planned or a expected litter is due.”

Contract & health guarantee

Brandy may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
