I'm Chelsea D., the breeder behind White Oak Kennels located in Dinwiddie, VA. HI! My name is Chelsea. I started Old White Oaks kennel in 2022. Our program started with standard poodles and we have since started breeding toy sizes and dachshunds as well! Our program is a mix of CKC and AKC with us trying to focus on moving to AKC.

Getting a puppy from Chelsea
Chelsea has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Chelsea partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Celeste is very kind she gave me updates on shots , his food that he was eating in advance, which was helpful. We changed his name to Doc !! The pick up was easy just a little far for me. Doc is doing extremely well. We are loving every minute of him .

Chelsea is extremely responsive. Super generous & kind whenever it comes to any paperwork needed, how the dog is, what to expect, etc. She will never keep you out of the loop. Chelsea’s dachsunds are healthy across the board and i haven’t had any problems with them whatsoever and only needed to go to the vet to get their shots done. The dogs are incredibly energetic, happy, and the cutest little things you have seen. I’m so happy to have worked with Chelsea and have gotten myself a pair of dachshunds that make me laugh on the daily

Chelsea was such a dream to work with from the start! She was super responsive from the beginning, even taking the time for a long phone call filled with tons of questions. She kept me updated on our puppy progress and vet visits , and sent photos as we eagerly waited for the pickup day . Finally and most importantly , the puppy we got is well bred, well tempered, healthy , smart, and absolutely adorable! She's continued to stay in touch and check up on him after pickup , which proves how much she cares for her pups. I highly recommend Chelsea for your new puppy 🐾❤️

Chelsea was an absolute pleasure to work with. If you’re ever looking for a pup, she’s the best person to go to! She always had amazing response times, was incredibly communicative, and you can truly tell how much she cares about all of her puppies. We got our little guy almost 2 weeks ago, and he’s already been the best addition to our family. Chelsea has even continued checking in to make sure he’s settling in well, which we really appreciated. We genuinely couldn’t imagine any other dog being part of our day to day life now, and we’re so happy. Anyone I meet looking for a dachshund, I’ll absolutely be pointing them her way ❤️

Chelsea, was wonderful. The puppy was sweet, living, playful and kind. He was also litter trained but whined when he had to go to the bathroom so we would take him out, so basically he came potty trained. We love him and he trys to manipulate us to get what he wants with his dog kisses and puppy dog eyes. Definitely would recommend this breaker and would buy another puppy off her if I wanted another puppy Thank Chelsea for a great dog, you can tell you put some time in, he is so well adjusted
