I'm Chelsea D., the breeder behind White Oak Kennels located in Dinwiddie, VA. HI! My name is Chelsea. I started Old White Oaks kennel in 2022. Our program started with standard poodles and we have since started breeding toy sizes and dachshunds as well! Our program is a mix of CKC and AKC with us trying to focus on moving to AKC.
