Meet the breeder

I'm Brooke D., the breeder behind Wild Rose Farms located in Weatherford, TX. At Wild Rose Farms our puppies are raised inside our home with love, attention, and daily interaction. They are well-socialized with small children, spoiled from the very beginning, and cared for like family every step of the way. Our dogs are Embark health tested and AKC or CKC registered.

Q. & A. with Brooke

  • Why did you start breeding?

I got into breeding because of my soul dog, Rose. She came into my life during one of the hardest seasons and completely changed my heart with her loyalty, personality, and unconditional love. After experiencing how special a Pembroke Welsh Corgi could be, I became passionate about raising well-loved, healthy puppies and helping other families find that same once-in-a-lifetime companion.
  • What makes your program special?

What makes Wild Rose Farms special is that our puppies are truly raised as family from day one. We are a small, in-home program where each puppy receives daily love, attention, and socialization around children and everyday life on our ranch. We focus on producing healthy, well-tempered AKC & CKC Pembroke Welsh Corgis through Embark health testing and intentional pairings.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include sable, white and black, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
