I'm Rachel P., the breeder behind Wild West Corgis located in Graham, TX. I prioritize the health and overall wellbeing of all of our animals. Our puppies are raised in our home, as part of our family, where they receive daily attention, love, and care. We dedicate countless hours each day caring for them.

Why did you start breeding?
I purchased a Corgi puppy while I was in college and grew to love him so much, I wanted to breed him so I could have a puppy of his. So I decided to purchase a Pembroke Welsh Corgi female and that’s how it all started! It has been such a wonderful experience! I have loved every moment of it!
What makes your program special?
We love our dogs dearly and consider them a part of our family. They are cared for daily by myself, my husband, and two little girls. We live on a cattle ranch and our Corgis are apart of our every day life. They love to tag along with us all over the ranch. They are socialized to a wide range of animals. Our Corgis have such wonderful dispositions and personalities!
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our American Corgi puppies include black and tan and blue merle and white. Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppies are black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Rachel

Rachel has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Rachel partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit that secures a specific puppy. The remaining $750 - $1,500 is due before pickup, plus applicable taxes and fees.

“Our puppies are registered and will come with their registration papers. Their tails are docked by our vet. They receive age appropriate dewormer and vaccinations before going to their new homes.”

Rachel may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Rowdy is one of the best Corgis I have ever had! He has such a wonderful demeanor! He is great with all of our different animals on the ranch. He is also wonderful with our children. He loves to tag along everywhere we go. He is also a snuggle bug and likes snuggling up next to us or the kitty on the couch. Rowdy is very uniquely marked, and it’s the reason I was drawn to get him as a puppy. I had never seen another Corgi that looked like him! He is what you call a Mismark tri.

Rue is an AKC registered Pembroke Welsh Corgi. She has been genetically health tested and clear for DM, VWD1, and EIC. She is such a sweet dog and has the most wonderful disposition! She loves riding the ranger with us to go feed the cows, going on walks, and simply lounging around the house with us. She’s wonderful with all of our animals around the ranch as well as our two little girls. She’s a true gem! We love her so much! She’s a wonderful momma, and I hope her puppies bring as much joy to peoples lives as has for us!

Minnie is a registered Pembroke Welsh Corgi. She is called a Mismark tri because she has a white stripe across her back. This makes her even more beautiful and unique in my opinion! I love Mismark Corgis! She has such a wonderful disposition and a great momma to her puppies!
