Wild West Mini and Toy Aussies

Meet the breeder

I'm Venessa P., the breeder behind Wild West Mini and Toy Aussies located in Elk Mountain, WY. Our dogs are bred to be fantastic family members! I am very particular about what gets passed down through the parents. All parents are health checked and have clear panels. Each parent is registered with ASDR. Temperament and manners are huge in my eyes. We want you to be happy for years to come!

Q. & A. with Venessa

  • Why did you start breeding?

I received my first mini as a gift 4yrs ago and fell in love with the breed instantly! My first litter of Mini Aussies was 3 years ago. I will always work hard to improve my knowledge of the breed and help it by only breeding high-quality parents.
  • What makes your program special?

I try my absolute best to improve the breed with any litter that comes from my program. Our dogs are all temperament tested and socialized as much as possible. I want our dogs to be able to handle anything that comes their way. I love placing happy, healthy dogs with families that will be their fur family forever!
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies include tiny and miniature sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies include blue merle, red merle, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
