I'm Briauna B., the breeder behind Wildflower Weenies located in Red Bluff, CA. I’m delighted to share my love of doxies with those of you who are looking to welcome a new bundle of joy into your home. I stride to provide healthy well tempered pups that are loved and cared for as part of our family until they leave to join their new homes.
Q. & A. with Briauna
Why did you start breeding?
My interest to breed came from my love for dachshunds and wanting to learn more about the diversity with genetics, temperament, and overall qualities that equate to the “perfect” dachshund.
What makes your program special?
I strive to provide the best quality for the breed. My Dam and Sire are genetic tested, PRA clear, up to date on their Vaccines, and Vet Exams. I only pair compatible Dams/Sires. For example I’m factoring in body structures, temperaments, and compatible genetic results when pairing.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies have smooth coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include piebald, red, black, black and tan, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
