Q. & A. with Michelle & Matthew
Why did you start breeding?
Over the years I have bread Yorkies, Dalmatians and Shih Tzu. I fell in love with each breed and decided with so many people inbreeding, I would start a quality line of each. In the past 7 years I have moved exclusively to Shih Tzu. Our breeding practices are exclusively for the betterment of the breed.
What makes your program special?
We started with buying quality breeding stock. Each breeding animal is Vet checked, DNA Analysis is done for health and coat color. With all pregnancies, our Mom’s receive a sonogram and X-rays to check on health and accuracy of each litters. We breed for unique coats and colors as well as health and quality pets. We do not use kennels and all of our animals live in our home with us.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black, liver, blue, silver, gold and white, and black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
