I'm Deborah J., the breeder behind Windy Meadows located in Reynolds, IN. My goal is to produce a great representation of the Golden Retriever and to continue improving the line with each generation. I strive to produce quality puppies for families that are structurally sound, healthy, intuitive, and have wonderful temperaments. My passion is poured into every aspect of my breeding program. I truly love my dogs and what I do.

Why did you start breeding?
My love for Golden Retrievers inspired me to share this breed with the world in a responsible way. I devote my time, energy, and attention to each litter to ensure puppies get the best start in life. It has been an absolute joy of a journey, and I am so happy to be able to share these wonderful dogs with other loving families and individuals.What makes your program special?
I truly love the Golden Retriever breed and am dedicated to looking out for the breed as a whole. I know the health and status of every dog I have bred and am proud of the temperament and conformation of my puppies. I can provide extensive knowledge and guidance for any family looking to bring home one of these wonderful dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and $1,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
