I'm Gabrielle M., the breeder behind Wonderland Aussies located in Bend, OR. We hope to help families find their puppies from responsible and ethical sources to help build a better and safer world for our dogs. Owning a Aussie is a beautiful experience, and it would be our honor to connect you with the perfect new addition to your family.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    It all started with our male dog Buster! We got Buster in 2013, & immediately fell deeply & forever in love with this breed. After having our children & observing for ourselves how well he fit right in as a family dog, almost seeming to act simultaneously as a nanny, guard dog, playmate, & ESA—we began our research & building our program to the best of our ability. And with a mentor, of course!

  • What makes your program special?

    We treat these puppies like family. Everyone in out house is involved with them including our 2 kids, our cats, and we utilize advanced raising protocols & time-sensitive socialization and desensitization methods. The genuine love we have for this shows in each and every pup!

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include blue merle, red merle, red, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Gabrielle

Gabrielle has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Gabrielle partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.

“We want to help place puppies in homes that they will fit with. We like to wait until personalities are able to be assessed, with that said we do take new owners requests into consideration. ”

Price

Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and between $1,750 - $2,750 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“ASDR registration, UTD vaccines, deworming, kennel (if needed, please let us know ahead of time), raised on advanced curriculum, temperament tested, desensitized, ENS, ESI, potty training started. Deposit is non refundable, and goes towards final puppy price. It also secures your spot on the waiting list, and the order in which you get to choose a puppy.”

Contract & health guarantee

Gabrielle may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Hereditary (Juvenile) Cataracts (HC; JC), Australian Shepherd Type, Full Embark Panel, DNA Profile, DNA Coat/Trait Panel, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Collie Eye Anomaly (CEA), DNA Disease Panel, Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1), Hereditary (Juvenile) Cataracts (HC; JC)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    Gabrielle and Wonderland Aussies are exceptional breeders. Their approach to Puppy rearing with the whole family involved works. Cumee has been such a well adjusted pup. Very confident and a quick learner. Few accident's from day one and bringing back frisbee at 9 weeks catching it gonna be awhile yet. Totally accepted by the other 2 dogs. Even puts himself to bed when he needs a TO.
