Meet the breeder

I'm Jacqueline W., the breeder behind Wratchford Farms located in Moorefield, WV. Our pugs will receive plenty of love and care from the very beginning. As soon as they are old enough and able to walk safely, they will be taken outside to explore and enjoy the fresh air. They will have toys to play with and plenty of opportunities to interact with their littermates. As they grow, they will also be gradually introduced to the other animals we have in our home, helping them become comfortable and well-socialized around other pets. The puppies will be fed regularly and appropriately for their age and developmental needs. They will have access to fresh, clean water throughout the day, and their water will be refreshed regularly as they drink. Their kennel will be thoroughly cleaned twice a day to help maintain a clean, comfortable environment. The puppies will also receive regular baths, approximately every other day, to keep them clean and well cared for. The puppies will receive their two scheduled veterinary checkups, along with all required vaccinations. Each puppy will also come with a microchip that can be implanted by your veterinarian. This provides an added form of identification and gives you peace of mind should your puppy ever become lost. Our goal is to make sure every puppy is healthy, clean, well-socialized, and surrounded by plenty of love and attention before going to their new home.

Jackie was very accommodating as we welcomed our new pug puppy into our home. She sent daily pictures while we waited for our meet up date. She met in a convenient pickup location. Our pup is settling in well.

Jacqueline was fantastic in my entire experience in our dog search. Good Dog actually drove our pug from her farm to meet us in PA to make things convenient for me. The transaction was very smooth. She actually gave us food and toys, etc. for us to get started. I highly endorse using Good Dog and Jacqueline.

Jackie was awesome to work with! We live over 3 hours away and she was willing to meet us halfway. Our little Tater Tot is amazing! He was very well cared for and socialized.

We purchased a pug puppy from Jacqueline last week. The experience was great. She was responsive and accommodated our schedule. After one week, our pug, Bocephus had his first vet appointment. Our vet said he was perfect. Bo has the sweetest personality, he sleeps all night, and is already house trained. Jacqueline had 6 or 7 puppies in the litter when we chose Bo. They were well cared for and fun to watch. I recommend Wratchford Farms for anyone looking for a pug puppy. We are super happy.

I had such a wonderful experience working with Jackie, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive and easy to work with—always willing to answer questions and making the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. What really amazed me was how thoughtful and accommodating she was. Jackie offered to meet me halfway, and when I needed a little extra time to make travel arrangements, she kept my puppy for an additional week. During that time, she encouraged me to FaceTime and check in so my girl could get used to hearing my voice. She even started calling her by the new name I’d chosen—Rosie—so the transition from “Buffy” would be smooth and familiar when she finally came home. When the day finally came to bring Rosie home, Jackie greeted me with a sweet care package filled with helpful items and comforts for my new puppy. It was such a thoughtful touch and truly showed how much she cares. You can tell Jackie loves her dogs like family—not once did it feel like a simple transaction, and I’m certain that love and attention made Rosie’s adjustment so much easier. I highly recommend Jackie. I’m so grateful for her, and I’m absolutely in love with my little Rosie.
