What makes your program special?
All of our pups are raised in our home, and exposed from day one to the love of human touch. Potty training is started very early. All our pups are vetted for all procedures, vaccines, and health checks. We also highly recommend and provide microchips if you choose to have one, but they are not required.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include chocolate and tan, parti, black and tan, and black and gold. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Jackson is a 4.5lb, cuddle buddy. He’s very outgoing and loves attention, he has so much personality! He is AKC registered and has a Russian AKC bloodline. He is not your traditional color he kept most of his black and most people mistake him for a puppy. Jackson has his own little happy dance that he likes to do. He Loves going on adventures, and loves to watch tv. Jackson has been DNA health tested by Embark.

Misa is AKC registered, she’s been DNA health tested by Embark. According to Embark she’s got a very exotic lineage. She carries the chocolate and party genes. When not having pups she’s usually around 7lbs. Misa loves being right next to her people, and going on car rides. She loves playing with her other furry friends. What a sweetheart Misa is, always up for whatever her people want to do. You can see the love she has in her eyes.

Maryann is an amazing woman to work with. Very knowledgeable about Yorkies, and willing to share that knowledge and advice with you. From start to finish, she continuously kept me updated with pictures and videos. You can see the pride she takes in her litters. Maryann works with them so well. When I picked Mila up, she was already potty pad trained! If you are interested in Yorkie’s I would definitely recommend Maryann. She’s more than just a breeder, she becomes a friend. Always there for any and all questions and advice, even after the puppy pick up date. I couldn’t ask to do business with a better person. Maryann is wonderful!
