  • What makes your program special?

    All of our pups are raised in our home, and exposed from day one to the love of human touch. Potty training is started very early. All our pups are vetted for all procedures, vaccines, and health checks. We also highly recommend and provide microchips if you choose to have one, but they are not required.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include chocolate and tan, parti, black and tan, and black and gold. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

    Maryann gave us a wonderful experience finding our new fur-baby! She was immediately responsive and helped answer all of our questions. She sent us pictures and videos of our puppy every week before getting to meet him. When we brought our puppy home, we received a take home bag with supplies and info on our puppy.     Maryann is an amazing woman to work with. Very knowledgeable about Yorkies, and willing to share that knowledge and advice with you. From start to finish, she continuously kept me updated with pictures and videos. You can see the pride she takes in her litters. Maryann works with them so well. When I picked Mila up, she was already potty pad trained! If you are interested in Yorkie’s I would definitely recommend Maryann. She’s more than just a breeder, she becomes a friend. Always there for any and all questions and advice, even after the puppy pick up date. I couldn’t ask to do business with a better person. Maryann is wonderful!
