I began breeding Yorkies to share the joy they brought me with others—focusing on healthy, well-socialized puppies raised in a loving environment. It's not just about having cute puppies—it's about improving the breed, being responsible, and making sure each pup finds a happy, committed home.What makes your program special?
is the personal care, attention, and love I give to every puppy. I don’t run a kennel—I raise my Yorkies right in my home, where they are part of my everyday life and treated like family from the very beginning. I focus on quality, not quantity. I carefully plan each litter to ensure healthy genetics, proper socialization, and happy temperaments.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Octavia was wonderful to work with from the first moment I reached out regarding a new pup. Always responsive to any questions I might have (parents, updates, etc). Our pup is now almost 20 weeks old, healthy as can be, and an absolute delight. Happy, playful, doesn’t bark - just a wonderful dog. Further, Tay followed up with us for weeks after to make sure our puppy was a good fit and to address any concerns we might have. She really cared about the puppy, but also really cared about us. I highly recommend her - 5 Star all the way

My experience with Octavia from Yorkielover is such an amazing experience.My puppy is healthy and seems to be so smart. At 8 weeks Old I didn’t expect my puppy to do so well on our road trip.During the road trip she knew when to let us know to go to the bathroom.She also did well when we got home she knew to go potty on the pad I provided for her. I figured Octavia has trained her enough to have a good start with us. She also provided the puppy a care package.She went above and beyond.Thank you so much Octavia 😊

This girl right here…… BEST EVER! Communication was on point. You can tell so much how much she loves this breed. I am beyond grateful that I found her and my new little addition. She’s perfect and so calm. She’s settling in nicely and my other Yorkie Josie is warming up to her. It’s so cute to watch. Octavia, thank you.
