Our puppies are raised in a loving home, receive regular veterinary care, and are introduced early to socialization and basic training.   • Why did you start breeding?

    I began breeding Yorkies to share the joy they brought me with others—focusing on healthy, well-socialized puppies raised in a loving environment. It's not just about having cute puppies—it's about improving the breed, being responsible, and making sure each pup finds a happy, committed home.

  • What makes your program special?

    is the personal care, attention, and love I give to every puppy. I don’t run a kennel—I raise my Yorkies right in my home, where they are part of my everyday life and treated like family from the very beginning. I focus on quality, not quantity. I carefully plan each litter to ensure healthy genetics, proper socialization, and happy temperaments.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies are black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Tay

Tay has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Tay partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $1,700 - $3,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.
Pay over time with Klarna.

“The price includes the guarantee, tail docking, dewclawed, first round of vaccinations, deworming, and puppy socialization. Non-refundable (unless puppy becomes unavailable).”

Contract & health guarantee

Tay may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Tay offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Tay directly.

    I had such a wonderful experience working with Tay. She was so responsive and knowledgeable to all my questions as I prepared for our new puppy. The pick up was easy and she answered all of my last minutes questions. I felt so comfortable going home.     This girl right here…… BEST EVER! Communication was on point. You can tell so much how much she loves this breed. I am beyond grateful that I found her and my new little addition.     Tay has been the very best. From the moment I first contacted her about my puppy she was very responsive and informative. She face timed me to show me my puppy and kepted me updated with his progress. When I picked him up she sent him home with a lot of goodies and all his information.     Octavia was wonderful to work with from the first moment I reached out regarding a new pup. Always responsive to any questions I might have (parents, updates, etc). Our pup is now almost 20 weeks old, healthy as can be, and an absolute delight. Happy, playful, doesn’t bark - just a wonderful dog. Further, Tay followed up with us for weeks after to make sure our puppy was a good fit and to address any concerns we might have. She really cared about the puppy, but also really cared about us.     My experience with Octavia from Yorkielover is such an amazing experience.My puppy is healthy and seems to be so smart. At 8 weeks Old I didn’t expect my puppy to do so well on our road trip.During the road trip she knew when to let us know to go to the bathroom.She also did well when we got home she knew to go potty on the pad I provided for her. I figured Octavia has trained her enough to have a good start with us. She also provided the puppy a care package.She went above and beyond.Thank you so much Octavia 😊
