I'm Terri W., the breeder behind Yorktown Yorkies located in Jacksonville, FL. Located just outside Jacksonville, FL, we are a boutique, in-home Yorkie breeder on a private 2.5-acre estate. We focus on quality over quantity, raising well-socialized, healthy puppies with daily interaction, structure, and a strong foundation for loving family homes.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Our journey began with a deep love for Yorkshire Terriers and a desire to raise them the right way. What started as passion quickly became purpose as we saw the difference proper care and structure makes. We built a boutique, in-home program focused on health, temperament, and quality, ensuring every puppy is raised with intention, love, and attention to detail.

    What sets Yorktown Yorkies apart is our true in-home environment and hands-on approach. Our puppies are never kenneled—they are raised with daily interaction, early socialization, and structure. We focus on quality, temperament, and health, producing confident, well-adjusted Yorkies that transition seamlessly into their new homes.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include chocolate, tan and white, parti, and blue and gold. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Terri

Terri has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Terri partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Puppy prices include a $800 non-refundable deposit and between $2,700 - $7,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.
