I'm Devynn J., the breeder behind Zodiac Border Collies located in Dungannon, VA. We decided to start a responsible, in-home breeding program in order to produce quality farm dogs that also fit into a home setting. We focus on breeding dogs that have enough drive on the farm to work, but also have amazing temperaments and can quickly adapt to a calm family setting.

About Tick

About Lex
Lex is our go to working dog for the farm, she is easy to work and makes wide outruns. She has exceptional eye and style. She isn’t afraid to bite but isn’t too pushy on stock. She doesn’t care about a ball or any type of sport, so I pair her with a male that has exceptional toy/sport drive to bring in some balance. Lex settles really well, lays on the couch or in the floor for hours napping, then is ready to get up, run out the door and load in the truck, side x side, or four wheeler!

About Spec
Spec is my heart dog, however it’s not the only reason we selected him for breeding. Spec shows outstanding working ability and drive. He is extremely willing to please, biddable, and an easy dog to work in both herding and sports. My 8 year old competes him on the dock, he is respectful and obedient to anyone that handles although I am “mom”. Spec has an impeccable off switch, making him easy to get along with on a daily basis. He is happy working or laying on the couch. He is extremely affectionate and loves to be near me.
