Nanette M.

Breeder of Labrador Retrievers

Meet the breeder

I'm Nanette M., the breeder behind Zumi's Labs located in Victor, MT. I have been breeding English Labrador Retrievers for 19 years now, importing semen from the best bloodlines in North America! All of our puppies have been well-loved and socialized since birth being raised both indoors and out to experience the sight and sounds of both. I been in the veterinary field for 22 years!

Q. & A. with Nanette

  • Why did you start breeding?

Being in the veterinary field for so long, I have seen a lot of poorly bred animals. It has been my goal to produce the best possible Labrador Retriever in health, temperament, and conformation. We hope to provide you with the Best Dog You Have Ever Had, and we hear that quite often!
  • What makes your program special?

Many of our breeding dogs are International Champions with their health clearances as recommended by OFA and the Labrador Retriever Club. All of our puppies go through Early Neurological Stimulation. They make outstanding companions and excellent hunters.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include black, chocolate, and yellow. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
