Teri responded very quickly. She was very knowledgeable about the breed and told me things I didn't know about Shih Tzu's. Also, you can tell they really care about their dogs. The dogs are part of their family and this is not a puppy mill. The Good Dog process was so easy for picking up the puppy and paying securely. I would definitely use Good Dog and 1st Passion Shih Tzu again.
