Meet the breeder

I'm Heather W., the breeder behind 3W Ranch located in Garland, KS. We have bred Cavaliers for over 12 years. We keep each of our dogs in our home as loved family pets. Our adults have OFA certification for heart, hips, knees, and elbows. Our puppies are socialized with children, cats, larger dogs, and adults of all ages. We start them on crate training and potty training and they all receive a minimum of two health checks, initial vaccines, deworming, and parasite prevention.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Cavapoo puppies are toy size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppies include blenheim, ruby, tri-color, and black and tan. Cavapoo puppies include red, blenheim, and apricot. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

  • Hip Dysplasia (Preliminary)

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (Preliminary)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

    Heather Wallace @ 3W Ranch in KS is the breeder I chose to work with, and I am so happy I did! From start to finish, I received any information I needed in order to make this very important decision. Once I decided on adopting Libby (aka Marshmellow), it was time to prepare for a new little one, and so my questions continued. I felt at ease with Heather, and you need that through this process. Additionally, I felt at ease since she is a small animal veterinarian. It also didnt hurt that her rates were like 1/3 to 1/2 of breeders in Utah, CA and right here in AZ. Some of these closer breeders did offer some additional "perks", but that does not diminish the healthy, beautiful pups that 3W Ranch offers! You need to decide whats most important for you! I had a transport team set up, which again, Heather had given me some names she had worked with. I found lots of choices and a variety of rates through Citizenshipper. I set one up, which happened to be one that Heather had given me. Unfortunately, the transport team was unable to fulfill their obligation through no fault (horrible family tragedy) of their own. As luck would have it, Heather (to the rescue), had a transport picking up another of the pups, who was heading to California. She determined he was only carrying one, so there was room for Libby, and Arizona was on his way. Best of all, Libby was able to ride 1000 miles with one of her littermates or one born near the same date. That kept them both more at ease! And as a bonus, it saved me several hundred dollars (including Citzenshipper fees)!! In the end, things all worked out beautifully! I am very grateful that I found 3W Ranch in KS. I can't tell you how much warmth, love, joy (and scratches) Libby has brought to this woman! I lost my Cockapoo, a few months ago. He was only 9.5 yrs old. So my heart is filling up once again.
