Meet the breeder

I'm Lisa S., the breeder behind 907 Bostons located in Anchorage, AK. Located in Anchorage Alaska with happy puppy families across the last frontier. We have puppies available now (June 2026) and this is currently our last planned litter for the foreseeable future. We are retiring our 2 females and do not currently plan to continue our breeding program after this.

Q. & A. with Lisa

  • Why did you start breeding?

Adopted my first Boston as a rescue from the Alaska SPCA after hearing him discussed on the radio as pet of the week. I left work immediately and filled out an adoption application.
  • What makes your program special?

At the time I began breeding bostons there was only 1 breeder that I was aware of in the state and she had quite a long waiting list. All of my dogs have been purchased from reputable breeders out of state and we have had dogs from Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. My 2 females that are retiring are of non traditional colors (blue brindle and lilac), while dad of these litters is the son of our original breeding pair and is a beautiful brindle and white.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include red, lilac, blue, brindle and white, black brindle and white, and black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
