Meet the breeder

I'm Margaret S., the breeder behind AMS Pomeranians and Pomskies in Indiana located in Bremen, IN. We strive to breed the healthiest, most beautiful puppies with exceptional temperaments. We focus on quality over quantity first, and we are very picky about our dogs in our breeding program. We make sure they are all spoiled and well cared for as well as health tested before breeding them.

Q. & A. with Margaret

  • Why did you start breeding?

We got our first breeding pair as puppies and raised them until they were old enough to breed. Our dogs are excellent representations of the breed, and we are proud to continue their line. We breed to both help ensure the future of the breeds we work with and to improve upon our dogs' fantastic traits with each generation.
  • What makes your program special?

We breed only top-of-the-line dogs. Health, temperament, and well-bred dogs are what we aim for. We treasure each puppy in our program and give them all the attention and care that we possibly can. We work hard so our puppies can leave our home with confidence, ready to take on the world with their new family! Delivery options! We now offer to drive 2 hrs one way to meet you personally with your baby! We charge $250 for this service. We also have a ground transporter that can deliver right to your home.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Pomsky puppies include toy, mini, and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Pomeranian puppies include blue, tri-colored, chocolate merle, and blue merle. Pomsky puppies include wolf sable, gray and white, black and white, chocolate, and merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Margaret and her family are such wonderful people! They made the whole puppy adoption process so incredibly easy and enjoyable! Everything from, sending photos/videos, answering all my questions, and arranging the whole delivery process right to my doorstep! We decided to name our little guy Daniel (formerly Zuzu). He is doing absolutely amazing!! He’s been so great with potty training and is so amazing with the kids! We all love him so much already!! Thank you again so much for everything we couldn’t have picked a more perfect puppy!

Excellent experience overall. Margaret was always responsive, and breeds the best Pomeranians! I picked up my little Poppy and after one day, I just know she’s going to be a great dog. Socialized, friendly, playful, and knows how to use a pee pad already.

We had a wonderful experience with Margaret! We brought home our little girl in March and she has been an absolute joy. She is incredibly smart, irresistibly cute, and full of personality. Most importantly, she is hearty and healthy — you can tell she came from a breeder who truly cares about their dogs’ well-being. The entire process was smooth, professional. I would absolutely recommend this breeder to anyone looking for a high-quality, well-loved Pomeranian puppy!

Margaret was wonderful to work with! She responded quickly and the deposit and payment were made easily through the Good Dog site. Together we arranged a pick up site for Little Maxwell, and she came prepared with food and other goodies he would need. Working with Margaret made the process of adopting our sweet baby such a pleasure.!
