Q. & A. with Chelsey
Why did you start breeding?
It all started when I rescued a Shiba that had been surrendered from a puppy mill operation. This enlightened me to the epidemic caused by mills and backyard breeders, inspiring me to start breed preservation for this beautiful breed.
What makes your program special?
With a very small breeding program, we are heavily focused on breed standard, preservation, and training. All of our Shibas live in our home with us and go on many adventures.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
