I'm Jade C., the breeder behind Barkin' MAAD kennels located in Memphis, TN. We are pet owners first and foremost. All of our puppies are raised as members of our family until they’re ready to join yours. We are dedicated to always providing our buyers and our puppies with a positive experience, which includes remaining committed to responsible practices when it comes to breeding, training, and rehoming our puppies.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    My family used to breed Poms, When I purchased my first dog A Australian shepherd miniture puppy named Harlem my breeder introduced me into the world and I knew It was right for me, From that point on I knew what my goals were and the journey We were about to take. Through trial and error we found what was right for both me and my dogs!
  • What makes your program special?

    Everything, we put so much hard work and time into our animals. From testing to showing, we want to provide the best care possible beyond Chic standards!
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include blue merle, black tri, red tri, and red merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Jade

Jade has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $900 - $1,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price reflects what owner is looking for in a dog, whether for breeding and showing, or for pet, we never charge more for color of coat or eyes. All puppies are held to the same standards. Deposits are non-refundable and they are to ensure that you get the best puppy for your family.”

Contract & health guarantee

Jade may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
