Meet the breeder

I'm William B., the breeder behind Bella Bowe Champion Import Rottweilers located in Chillicothe, MO. We love to responsibly raise and train our puppies so they have the tools to be well-rounded, beloved family members. We commit ourselves to preparing each one of our puppies to thrive in their new homes, and we enjoy working with their new families so that they can raise their beloved companions with confidence!

Q. & A. with William

  • Why did you start breeding?

This all started as a vehicle for a relationship with children who did not know me. Bella gave us something in common. When we had our first litter of puppies, we really didn’t know what we were doing. Through education, we learned about ethical dog breeding and started health testing, as well as importing our own dogs. We have since become one of the largest Rottweiler breeders in the Midwest.
  • What makes your program special?

Our studs are champions imported from Russia and Serbia. Are females are imported from Germany, Bosnia, Serbia, and Croatia. All of which have to pass OFA health testing before becoming a part of our breeding program. The thing that makes us special is simple. Our females are farmed out to our friends and family members to live as pets on the couch in the home. Only the studs live at our house.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies are black and rust. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.
