Q. & A. with Anita
Why did you start breeding?
My introduction into the wonderful world of Field Spaniels began in 2006 with the passing of one of my rescue American Cocker Spaniels. At that time, I was living in northeastern Oklahoma, on Grand Lake O' the Cherokees. Water, boating, and swimming were very much a part of my life. I knew I wanted another Spaniel because of their affinity for water but wasn't sure about the particular breed. While at a routine visit to the veterinarian's office, I studied the different pictures of spaniels on the large American Kennel Club breed chart hanging on the wall. There was one spaniel I was not familiar with, the Field Spaniel. My research phase had been launched! Field Spaniels are my passion, and I am devoted to doing whatever I can to preserve, protect, and improve this incredible breed.
What makes your program special?
I do everything I can to ensure my puppies have what they need to develop into healthy and happy dogs. I strive to breed healthy, quality pups that can fit any lifestyle. I take pride in raising well-tempered and socialized puppies who can excel in work, show, or as beloved companions. If you are looking for the perfect furry companion, look no further!
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
