I'm Cathy & Kelly, the breeder behind BooneDox Miniature Dachshunds located in Lexington, OK. We love this breed and the experience of having litters! Our mission is to raise pups that are set to become the best companions. We raise our litters in our home to help set the foundation for happy and confident puppies to transition well into their forever homes. It’s a privilege to have the opportunity to make an impact on each individual puppy!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    My daughter Kelly started with one girl “Badger”. Which is still going strong at age 15 years old. She is enjoying the retired country life. With all her pals

  • What makes your program special?

    Here at BooneDox it’s a family affair, my daughter Kelly, my daughter Brittany, my sister Terry an I all breed in our homes. Our breeding dogs are family members an we love the breed. We are A rated breeders with AKC.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our Dachshund puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Cathy & Kelly has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Cathy & Kelly partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and between $600 - $2,250 final payment, before taxes & fees.

  • Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA), Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
