I'm Peggy O., the breeder behind Boston Pride located in Schell City, MO. We are strong advocates of proper breeding practices and run our program accordingly. We breed top-quality Boston Terriers. We are very experienced with Boston Terriers and are careful to breed and raise our pups with only the best policies. The quality of our puppies reflects the conscious decisions we make throughout every part of the breeding process.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    My aunt had a kennel and got me started working summers for her and increased my passion for dogs/animals.

  • What makes your program special?

    I usually only breed dor my next show dog and I am very protective of my lines and that is why I only sell my bostons to pet homes. I am active into health testing and my local and national club for this breed.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include black brindle and white and black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 deposit and $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“This is based on local area of champion bloodlines and pricing in my area (midwest). It is refundable only if something happens on my side, if owner backs out then it is non-refundable.”

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • Congenital Deafness (BAER, registered with OFA)

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
