Meet the breeder

I'm Darrin D., the breeder behind Brick City Kennel located in New York County, NY. My goal is to produce healthy, well-tempered Doberman Pinschers and Dogue de Bordeaux puppies. I am working to build my program with love, care, and intention from the ground up. I am passionate about the health and wellbeing of these breeds, and I want my program to be an example of how to responsibly breed high-quality, healthy dogs.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I hope to help families find their puppies from responsible and ethical sources to build a better and safer world for our dogs. It is important to me not only that I preserve my own dog's phenomenal bloodlines, but that I am improving these breeds with each litter and ensuring the well-being of these dogs for generations more to come!

  • What makes your program special?

    My program is small and family-oriented, which provides puppies with the perfect environment to grow up and thrive. The quality of our puppies reflects the conscious decisions we make throughout every part of the breeding process. I am confident that each one will become a treasured family member!

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
