My Charlie is now six months old, and thinking back over my experience working with Keeley at BRX Country Cockers, I want to share how incredibly hard-working and supportive she and her family have been throughout! I fell for Charlie at first sight, but was challenged with the timeline… chatted with Keeley and was able to arrange a special stay extension so that I could pick him up a little later than the standard 7-8 week age. The extra time that Charlie got to spend ‘at home’ helped him develop into a curious and confident pup with even a solid start at house-training (AMAZING!) and a deep and abiding love of fetch from extra play sessions with his mama. Charlie spent his first afternoon with me exploring his new yard, demonstrating his zoomies, settled in without a single evening of anxiety, and has grown since then into a beautiful pup. Physically he has an amazing plush coat, adorable markings, and the vet complimented his confirmation and confidence. Personality-wise, Charlie is a silly, playful, energetic puppy that enjoys fetch, walkies, and snugs - he’s been part of the family since the moment I first held him. Keeley’s dogs are clearly part of the family, included in outings and movie-night, treated with love and encouragement - this is evident in the way that Charlie behaved from the start, knowing he could safely explore and cozy right up for pats whenever he wants.

Keeley was so helpful and made the transition of bringing a new puppy into our home very smooth, and we are so thankful for our new family member!
