


I'm Audrey M., the breeder behind Canyon Edge Acres located in Wendell, ID. We have a passion for the Golden Retriever breed and raise our puppies with your family in mind. We carefully select breeding dogs with health tested parents and great temperaments. We use ENS, ESI, and Puppy Culture to help make our puppies the perfect addition to your home.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

"$2500 is for pet home only. Breeding rights will only be given to approved breeders and will be $3500 for full rights. This price includes a 2 year health guarantee. We accept a deposit for 3 females and 3 males for each litter before birth. After deposit spots are full, everyone else who is interested in a puppy from that litter will be placed on our waitlist."

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Ivy has an incredible pedigree with successful dogs going back for generations and generations. She is such a fun girl and is very biddable, eager to please and LOVES attention. She’s the biggest snuggler but is also down for a hike any day.

Ridge comes from wonderful field lines like Thistle Rock but also has bench line names like Nautilus and Hillside in his pedigree. He has a very biddable temperament, is eager to please, and has a nice amount of drive, but also loves to just hang out with us at home.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation , Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Ichthyosis, Golden Retriever Type, Temperament Test, Dentition
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
