My experienced was amazing. This was my first time owning my own pet so i had a lot of questions and some worries. Working with cape fear they answer all my questions. Were very quick to reply, gave us a toy a blanket and some food for the puppy. As well some information about the dog which was helpful. When I pick up the puppy I noticed how well the owners took care of their pets. The puppy is a trained a little by the owners so it was a pretty smooth transition for the pup. I had nothing bad to say. If you have worries or questions talk to cape fear they will help you all the way through the process and willing to help after as well.
