I'm Jenn B., the breeder behind Cardinal Cavaliers located in Webb City, Missouri, MO. We’re proud of the healthy, affectionate, and behaviorally well-rounded puppies we raise for other families to love! Our hope is to prepare each of our puppies with thoughtful socialization so they have the best foundation to seamlessly transition into their new homes.

Why did you start breeding?
We chose our Cavaliers carefully, selecting high-quality Cavaliers so if we were fortunate enough to have puppies we knew they would be the best of the breed for other families to love. Our Cavaliers are part of our family and do not reside in kennels. We only have one male and two females who will stay with us for their entire life, not just breeding years.What makes your program special?
I believe the way we raise our Cavaliers is special; we are a small operation and our dogs are a part of our family and who we interact with daily. We do the same with any puppies we have and you can tell they are well loved and have been socialized when picked up. We've been told by more than one buyer you can see the difference in our puppies! We've had multiple families come back for another when they are ready for a second Cavalier to add to their family.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are blenheim. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Jenn has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and $1,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“The price includes a 3-generation pedigree, 1 year health guarantee, first round of vaccinations, deworming, removing dewclaws, and puppy socialization. All of our puppies are the same price, regardless of gender or size. This is a non-refundable deposit to go towards the purpose price of your puppy.”
Contract & health guarantee
Jenn may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

+4We are a retired couple, and it's often a bit lonely with all of our kiddos grown. So we decided to find a little friend to join our empty nest!! We searched near and far looking for a perfect puppy. After a couple of weeks we decided to get a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel!! Then we needed to find a good breeder and we did! Since meeting Jenn Brisco of Cardinal Cavaliers everything went smoothly for us! Jenn was available to email and talk to us, answering any questions or concerns. She would also send us pictures of little Sashi, and even did a live FaceTime session with us and our little puppy.2.be. Jenn helped to make this whole experience easy and comfortable for us! We've had Sashi almost a week now and we are all doing great!! Lots to relearn for a couple of Grandparents! We've been able to call Jenn this week for help along the way!! All in all we have had a wonderful experience finding our furever friend thanks to Jenn! 🐶
