Q. & A. with Sally

  • Why did you start breeding?

I am new to dachshund breeding, but I bred Bichon Frise about 20 years ago. We have always had multiple dogs of various breeds and sizes, including two dachshunds. After purchasing our sweet boy, Major Tom, we decided to return to breeding. We love the crazy quirks of the dachshund breed.
  • What makes your program special?

We have a delightful menagerie of individual dachshund personalities. I make sure my puppies are of the highest quality, and I love each one like they were my own. I am here If you ever have questions about your puppy. They will be my baby forever!!!! All litters are AKC-registered. All parents have been tested and have DNA disease-clear genetics.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include sable, piebald, cream, chocolate, brindle, and chocolate and cream. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
