I'm Rachel B., the breeder behind Castlegate Labs & Doodles located in Seymour, MO. I offer well-tempered, healthy Doodle and Labrador puppies for loving homes. My program is built with love from the ground up. I care deeply about responsible breeding, and I do everything I can to ensure my dogs and puppies are getting the best care in every aspect of their lives with me. They are happy, intelligent, and cute as can be!

Why did you start breeding?
We originally got an AKC chocolate Lab from a friend and wanted to raise puppies for others to enjoy! Every litter is always a little different, but it is so fulfilling to see the different personalities and such a joy and challenge to hand-raise each puppy. We love watching them blossom!What makes your program special?
Our puppies are very socialized with children. We take pride in the fact the puppies don't have to be afraid of children when going to new homes. Our puppies are played with daily. We love spoiling and pampering our dogs, and hope that our puppies' new homes will love and cherish them just as much as we do!What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are chocolate. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

Getting a puppy from Rachel
Rachel has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $600 - $1,100 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Included with your puppy are AKC registration, if applicable, as well as the first round of vaccinations, deworming, and a vet check. All of our puppies from a specific litter are the same price, regardless of size or color.”
Contract & health guarantee
Rachel may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
