Meet the breeder

I'm Clint F., the breeder behind Cedar Mountain Hounds located in Edgewood, NM. Stable temperament, trainability, health and longevity are the goals for our program. Q. & A. with Clint

  • Why did you start breeding?

Years of animal work led us into the breeding of canine companions that are reliably sound in temperament and health. We know that families with kids, active households and social people need safe, adaptable and compatible dogs to share life with. I also have a background in veterinary medicine and believe in genetic diversity and longevity.
  • What makes your program special?

Our commitment to happy, healthy dogs with a most stable temperament and confident personality! Our commitment to giving our puppy buyers life-long support.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include blenheim, ruby, tri-color, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
