I'm Amanda P., the breeder behind Celtic Kennel Bostons located in Griffin, GA. Health and temperament are my main focus. I strive to start with exceptionally healthy parents to in turn have very healthy pups. We want families to have years and years of enjoyment and love from their Celtic Boston Terrier. I offer life long breeder support and a health guarantee provided.

Why did you start breeding?
I am exposed to a lot of breeds being a vet tech. I have always loved Bostons and once I got one of my own I was hooked. I decided I wanted to breed them because I just love the little real-life cartoon characters they are. I also knew that with my background I would do all I could to have healthy, sweet, well-balanced adults and produce the same in pups.What makes your program special?
I truly love and care about my dogs. They are all part of the family. I have each adult health tested for HC (hereditary cataracts) and also have BAER testing. All adults also have OFA Certifications for knees, heart, and trachea. Health and temperament are of utmost importance. It matters to me where each of my pups goes to live their life and that my adults have been able to be real family dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Amanda has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Price
“Prices depend on registry type (CKC or AKC), sex, and color of the pup. Price includes a 1-year genetic health guarantee, age-appropriate vaccines, and dewormings. CKC pups deposit is $500. AKC pups Deposit $500 I will take a list of interested people without a deposit but once I confirm pregnancy, to be on wait list, a deposit is required.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. About Autumn
Autumn is a lilac AKC female that is so full of life. She's always on the move and into something earning her the nickname of the "Tiny Tornado". She has already been certified as clear non carrier for JHC -Hereditary Cataracts and clear non carrier for DM - degenerative myelopathy as well as having normal BAER (hearing). She has an PFA CHIC number so clear/normal, patellas, heart, tracheal hypoplasia, BAER and CAER. She is enjoying FastCAT and CAT and has turned out to be fast like her dad Lachlan. She really loves to run and since beginning her official runs she has won several "Fastest in Height for small Dogs" awards which is for fastest for dogs under 12" of any breed running. Autumn has certainly got a bright future in performance sports like her dad Lachlan. She already has her Star Puppy, VHMP (Virtual Home Manners Puppy); VHMA ( Virtual Home Manners Adult), CGC (Canine Good Citizen), TKN (Trick Dog Novice), TKI (Trick Dog Intermediate) and her FITB (Fitdog bronze), FITS (Fit Dog Silver) and has recently added FastCAT titles BCAT, DCAT, and FCAT, FCAT2, FCAT3, FCAT4 as well as CABT titles CA,CAA and CAX, CAX2 Autumn just this winter earned her Novice Fetch Title FTN

Dundee is an AKC, red fawn named after the 4th largest city in Scotland. Dundee is enjoying running FastCAT and CAT and starting obedience training. She's as beautiful inside as she is outside. Sweet, smart and beautiful, this girl is the whole package. She has earned her BCAT (1st FastCAT title) DCAT (2nd FastCAT title) CA (1st CAT title) CAA (2nd CAT title)

About Lachlan
Lachlan is a blue fawn AKC/CKC male. Just as handsome as he can be. This little guy is 15lbs of muscle. He is SMART and sporty. He earned his Canine Good Citizen and his Canine Good Citizen Advanced at the young age of 9 months so he is quite the gentleman. He loves to run FAST CAT (100 yard dash chasing a lure)and CAT (300yard run with turns chasing a lure), he has done some Barnhunt (scentwork) and he is currently competing in agility as well. He is also obedience trained. He's a jack of all trades. He carries genes for a ton of different colors. So many good things on the horizon for this sweet boy!! OFA certified with a CHIC number and is a clear non carrier for HC and DM. BAER and CAER normal. Normal hip xrays. HE IS ONE OF THE HIGHEST TITLED COLORED BOSTONS IN THE WORLD. Did I mention how incredibly handsome he is?

About Tulsa
Tulsa is a black and white AKC female. She is enjoying doing performance sports like FastCAT and CAT and she is FAST! She is a future momma for us and we are excited to see what her future holds as a performance dog and as a momma. She is OFA certified for Heart, knees, Trachea, spine and BAER (Normal hearing) a clear non carrier for Hereditary Cataracts and clear non carrier for DM -degenerative myelopathy . She also has normal general bloodwork and hip xrays. She just completed her OFA eye exam, CAER, which is normal and has earned her an OFA CHIC number for completing all required testing and far beyond. Already titled in FastCAT with her BCAT, DCAT, FCAT and FCAT2. She also holds titles in CABT with her CA (Coursing Ability) and CAA (Coursing Ability Advanced), CAX (Cousing Ability Excellent) and also FITB (Fitdog Bronze) and FITS (Fit Dog Silver).

Sailor is a Lilac and white gal, daughter of Kira and she has had 2 litters of pups as stunning as she is. She's as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Congenital Deafness (BAER, registered with OFA), Tracheal Hypoplasia, Standard Veterinary Blood Panel
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
Hereditary (Juvenile) Cataracts (HC; JC)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
