Meet the breeder

I'm Kim G., the breeder behind CG Rottweilers located in Chardon, OH. Our mission is simple: to better the breed. If you’re searching for a well bred Rottweiler in Ohio whose parents are fully health tested& a breeder who stands by their offspring for their entire lives, we may be correct for you. follow us on FB(Kim Coniglio Green or CG Rottweilers) for more info.

Q. & A. with Kim

  • Why did you start breeding?

My love for the breed and my hope for preserving its long term outlook- there are too many “backyard” breeders who don’t do any health testing or care about the living souls they’re producing - it’s taking over our state(OH) and many others. We are a hands on breeder- while they’re here & once they leave(it is both hoped & expected that we get to see them grow through their new families eyes).
  • What makes your program special?

My love of the breed & my concern for its health long term has thrown me into being an ethical breeder who stands by our offspring for their entire lives. In Ohio, most of the breeders are either backyard or Amish. It is our hope to change that & offer beautiful, healthy, health tested/certified Rottweiler puppies to loving families at a decent cost. I stand by all of our puppies for their entire lives.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include black and tan and black and mahogany. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
