Meet the breeder

I'm Anne E., the breeder behind Chadwick Cavaliers located in Near New York City, CT. I know the health and status of every dog I have bred and am proud of the temperament and conformation of my puppies. I love matching healthy, happy puppies with loving families.

Q. & A. with Anne

  • Why did you start breeding?

Our first Cavalier puppy was purchased in 1976 as a pet from the famous Maxholt Kennels, while we were living in London. Being that she was from a long time, top show breeder, this Cavalier was a wonderful ambassador for the breed. Her willingness to learn and superb temperament propelled me into obedience training which taught me so much about dog behavior. To this day, I continue to compete in performance events, mainly rally, as well as conformation (beauty shows) which is the venue that allows for breed Champions.
  • What makes your program special?

I truly love the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel breed and am dedicated to looking out for the breed as a whole. I know the health and status of every dog I have bred and am proud of the temperament and conformation of my puppies. I strive to prepare all of my puppies to excel in their forever homes.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppies include blenheim, ruby, tri-color, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
