Alex was very responsive and very helpful with the whole process as this was my first time. She sent me updates from the day I picked her out at 7 days old to the day I picked her up at 9 weeks. I even got to visit her which I really appreciated. You can tell Alex really has a lot of love for all of her dogs and puppies. I couldn’t be happier with my Umi. 10/10 recommend

We had a truly wonderful experience getting our first puppy from Alex. Communication was clear, prompt, and helpful—everything we needed as first-time dog owners. What really stood out was the evident love and care that goes into raising these puppies. Wanda came to us curious, confident, and incredibly well-socialized. She’s playful, loves people, and has adjusted beautifully to our home and routines. It’s clear she had a strong foundation, and we’re so grateful to Chapman’s for setting her (and us!) up for success. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a better pup.
