I'm Scott W., the breeder behind Chattooga Blues Australian Shepherd's located in Salem, SC. Our dogs are bred for health and temperament with a focus on conformation, athleticism and intelligence. I am dedicated to providing families with beautiful, healthy pets that want to serve you and your family!!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Ive always had Aussies as im in cattle industry and i wanted to breed the ultimate cattle dog. I had purchased a diamondback Catahoula to breed with my Aussie male and the pups were very nice however they wanted to catch more than herd so i got another Aussie female bred her to one of male pups and it was the perfect mixture, Later i got into breeding AKC pure bred Australian Shepherd family dogs
  • What makes your program special?

    I have seeked out top world champion pedigrees to breed with creating some of the fastest learning pups with excellent demeanours
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include red merle, blue merle, black tri-color, and red tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Scott

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Scott partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“I take great pride in placing each puppy with the right family. Once they're old enough for me to evaluate their temperaments and personalities which is typically around 6 weeks then ill start matching them. ”

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $900 - $1,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes AKC registration, DNA test, first round of vaccinations, deworming. All Tri’s are $1400 All Merle’s are $1800 AKC Registration included.”
