I'm Michelle P., the breeder behind Chocolate and Parti Yorkies in Florida located in Labelle, FL. My babies are always family members first. They are all AKC papered! My puppies are raised in a fun loving home and bred from my own amazing fur babies. I breed Chocolate and Chocolate Parti Yorkshire Terriers .... with possible pups of the following: Chocolate, Parti, Sable, Golden, Traditional and Blonde.

Michelle has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“The price includes: Health guarantee, AKC registration, Up-to-date immunizations and vet certification, deworming, socialization, charts and pedigree, along with a puppy pack to go home. Deposits are considered holding fees and will go towards balance unless owners change their mind and don't pick up their baby, in such case the holding fee is forfeited.”
Contract & health guarantee
Michelle may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
DNA Profile
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

Michelle is amazing! She was so helpful and accommodating to me during the adoption process, answering all of my questions and helping me feel 100% ready to adopt Louie. It was my first time working with a breeder and the experience was great - she sent photos and updates regularly, I was able to visit with him beforehand, and she was and continues to be available for ALL of my puppy questions. Michelle was most helpful and informative through the whole experience. The whole experience with Michelle Preston was extremely positive. She is very thorough, approachable, knowledgeable and friendly.
