I'm the breeder behind CK Cavaliers LLC located in Davidsonville, MD. I've been breeding high-quality & healthy Cavalier King Charles & Cavapoo puppies since 2019. It is important for families to be a part of their puppy's journey from the start. I make sure to provide a personalized experience for my buyers so they feel connected before the puppy goes home.
Q. & A. with Kelcie
Why did you start breeding?
I came across the "Cavalier King Charles" breed & after extensive research & being on multiple waitlists, I finally got my Mia. Over the years, I delved into the intricacies of breeding due to my love for animals. I recognized the seriousness of taking on this "hobby" and if I embarked on it, I wanted to ensure that I approached it correctly. And now, here I am today!
What makes your program special?
I provide a highly personalized experience for my puppy owners. I have created a private Facebook group where they receive regular updates, videos, and pictures. I am easily reachable via phone call, text, FaceTime, and I can also share photos and videos. It's important to me that the families feel comfortable and connected with the person who is raising their pup.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Cavapoo puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppies include blenheim, ruby, black and tan, and tri-color. Cavapoo puppies include sable, red, cream, brown, blenheim, and apricot. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

Litter update on 19 Sept. •
Ruby and Norman had an incredible FOUR ties within just 24 hours, which means we (should) be expecting a successful Cavalier King Charles litter! 😍 This pairing will bring us both Ruby and Black & Tan puppies, and I could not be more thrilled to watch this journey unfold.
If all goes as planned, Ruby’s estimated due date will be around November 19th, though based on her previous Cavapoo litter, I anticipate she may deliver a little earlier (between November 15–19).
Because of the overwhelming interest in my breeding program as well as Ruby and Norman’s pairing, I will soon begin a waitlist specifically for this litter. To ensure only serious and truly committed families inquire, an application fee will be required, which will later apply toward your deposit once pregnancy is confirmed. Approved applicants will then be offered spots on the waitlist in the order received.
Once I confirm Ruby’s pregnancy, I will also create a private Facebook group dedicated to her litter. This is one of the most special parts of my breeding program. Families can follow along with weekly updates, see pregnancy milestones, watch delivery clips - you may even witness YOUR puppy’s very first moments!), and receive ongoing resources, tips, and recommendations from me directly. I’ve created groups for every litter I’ve ever raised, and they remain an amazing way to stay connected even years later.
As always, my goal is to provide more than just a puppy. I strive to create an experience rooted in trust, transparency, and attentive care. Every puppy is raised with love, intention, and respect so that when the day comes for them to join your family, you feel confident, connected, and truly part of this journey. That’s the difference I am so proud to offer as your breeder.
Stay tuned for pregnancy confirmation in just a few weeks — the adventure with Ruby and Norman’s little ones is only beginning! 🐾

It has been two months since we picked up our precious Cavapoo from Kelcie and we couldn’t be happier with our puppy, Finnegan. Kelcie is an amazing breeder and person. He is so happy, healthy and such a little love. It is clear that our puppy was so well cared from birth. Both our vet and groomer commented on how well adjusted he was at such a young age. Kelcie takes great care in raising her puppies and matching them with the right families. The entire experience with Kelcie and the good dog website was seamless and I would highly recommend Kelcie for your next furry companion.
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
