I'm Kirsten B., the breeder behind CKB Labradors located in Nevada, MO. All of our pups are farm raised with children. We strive to produce healthy, well adjusted pups and place them in homes where they will be loved and valued.

Why did you start breeding?
I purchased my first Labrador after I got married and had children. I quickly fell in love with her. I was lucky enough to have purchased from a seasoned breeder who was willing to show me the ropes. My ag background definitely gave me a good foundation but I had a lot to learn. Through ALOT of research and help along the way, I am proud to present CKB Labradors!What makes your program special?
Our breeding program is centered around producing quality, HEALTHY labs. We genetic test all of our Dams and Sires to ensure that your pup will never suffer from genetic diseases know to Labradors. We also love that our pups are raised on the farm with us. Fresh air and lots of exploring does wonders for development, socialization, and desensitization.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black, chocolate, and yellow. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Price
“Please ask for prices as litters are priced according to pedigree, color, and conformation. Deposits are $250 regardless of litter. The balance will be due before the pup can leave CKB Labradors. Deposits are considered Non Refundable. However, I am human and I understand that things sometimes happen that are out of our control. Please speak with me privately about any deposit matters.”
Contract & health guarantee
Kirsten may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Hallie displays a compactly muscled frame that is exceptional. Her sleek black coat and dark eyes are stunning. She sets the bar high when it comes to loyalty. You can often find her right in the middle of the family, never leaving our sides. Her gentle nature and calm demeanor are the perfect combination.

About Cooper
Cooper is a beautiful light yellow/cream English lab. His light coat, black pigment, blocky head and skeletal structure are magnificent. Cooper's Dam is an Ukrainian import. Her pedigree is stacked with Champions. Cooper's pedigree also displays many Triple T and Twinponds lines. Cooper has an excellent disposition and he aims to please. He can often be found rolling on the ground with the youngsters (canine and human).

About Cleo
Cleo is a Miko x Charlie pup. Much like her Sire, Cleo sports a big blocky head and broad body. Her light colored coat and dark pigment are beautiful. Her pedigree sports both Champion Ukraine lines as well as American Lines. Her personality is so fun! Much like her Dam, she is VERY affectionate while understanding boundaries.

Miko is a handsome light yellow/cream English lab. He is the result of extensive research and lineage. Miko has broad bone structure, densely muscled body, and champion show lines. Miko was actually born in Ukraine and transported to Missouri. His pedigree is packed with show champions.

About Charlie
Charlie sports a pure white coat and black pigmentation. Although she is a smaller female, her compact muscled frame set her apart from the rest. She can outrun and jump almost all of the other CKB Labs pups. Charlie is great with children and often seeks them out. She loves to explore the timber and enjoys the fresh Missouri weather- Rain or shine.

Parent health testing
CKB Labradors reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Labrador Retrievers.
Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Brucellosis
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
