I'm Rose O., the breeder behind Consider the Lilies Homestead located in Hillsboro, MO. We offer families a versatile and healthy standard Australian shepherd. The best family dog you could find! Our dogs come from great lines of all different fields. I’m in contact with those breeders. We genetically test our dogs to provide optimal health. We also raise our dogs among cats, small dogs, children, livestock and frequent guests. To provide families with well-socialized, loving companions.

What makes your program special?
Our breeding program is special because our dogs are not kenneled all the time like a lot of breeders. We have an invisible fence on 4 acres. So our dogs get to run to their heart's desire. They get to go along trails, they get to be familiar with livestock and farm animals. They also come inside and outside the house. The puppies are raised in our living room. So they get 24/7 care & attention.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red merle, blue merle, black tri-color, and red tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
