Q. & A. with Alisha
Why did you start breeding?
I got into breeding after meeting my husband’s aunt and meeting her Aussies and just fell in love with the breed. I did my research, spoke to vets and other breeders before making the decision but, I am glad I did and have been happy to for the past five years.
What makes your program special?
My program is special because every dog is a pet and family at our house. We spend time with all of our dogs which there’s only five no huge program where dogs have to be crated and have to worry about keeping males separated from other males or females that are the same coloring as them. Our puppies get the interaction and stimulation needed to go to their new home daily not just on rare occasions.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies include blue merle, red merle, red, and black. Toy Australian Shepherd puppies include red, black, blue merle, and red merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
