I'm Kimberly Z., the breeder behind Countryside Royalty Cavaliers located in Atwater, CA. Based in the heart of California Central Valley, we have been dedicated to breeding exceptional, purebred Cavalier King Charles Spaniel since 2023. At Countryside Royalty Cavaliers our breeding philosophy is simple we raise puppies fit for royalty, born to be your ultimate companion. While we are absolutely defenseless against their signature, big brown eyes and undeniable cuteness, our highest priorities will always be health and temperament. We want our puppy to live a long, vibrant life, which is why we conduct genetic health testing on our breeding dogs before any litter is planned. By focusing on sound genetics and early socialization, we ensure our puppies grow up to be confident, deeply affectionate and gentle family members. When you choose a puppy from us, you aren’t just getting a pet-you are welcoming, a healthy, happy and beautiful bread extension of our family into yours.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Cavaliers are a special kind of dog. They are a true companion, love their owners and are very intelligent. We believe everyone needs a Cavalier in their lives.

  • What makes your program special?

    We ensure you have the healthiest of dogs by doing genetic testing and ensure our dogs see a veterinarian every year for their health check-up. We raise the puppies in own home as part of our family.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include blenheim and tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Kimberly

Kimberly has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Kimberly partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 7 weeks old.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and $3,100 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes first round of vaccinations, deworming, puppy socialization and crate training. All puppies are the same price regardless of color sex, or size. The deposit will be included in the final purchase price.”

Contract & health guarantee

Kimberly may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
