I'm Kayti K., the breeder behind Cream of Carson Valley Labradors located in Gardnerville, NV. My dogs and puppies are lovingly raised in my home as part of my family so I can prepare them to be wonderful additions to yours. I strive to produce quality puppies for families that are structurally sound, healthy, intuitive and have wonderful temperaments. My priority is to ensure the health and well-being of all my dogs from birth until they leave with their forever family and beyond.

Why did you start breeding?
My love for Labrador Retrievers inspired me to share this amazing breed with the world in a responsible way. It is such an honor to preserve the line of these incredible dogs all the while creating companionship for others. I am devoted to ensuring there are happy and healthy Labrador Retrievers for others to enjoy, and I do so by responsibly growing this incredible breed.
What makes your program special?
I am always trying to improve,on the Breeds standard,set forth,by the LRC, and recognized by AKC. My pups are born,from genetically tested & OFA Certified parents who have also had Cardiac &Eye Clearances,as well as, outstanding Pedigrees that include show,hunt, and service work. I want to provide you,with ur new BFF, that u can love and will love u for several year’s to come.

Getting a puppy from Kayti
Kayti has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Price
Puppy prices include a $400 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $2,400 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“The price includes first round of shots, deworming, overall health check, microchip, socialization, and an AKC Limited Registration. All our puppies are the same price, regardless of color,size, or sex. If AKC Full Registration is desired and approved, $400 will be added to the $2400 price.”

protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you
both have a clear understanding of the terms of your

About Brixton
Brixton is a beautiful light cream colored yellow Labrador,with a black nose and black eyeliner,block head,flat tail,23”tall @shoulders,and stocky build. She’s got the sweetest temperament,she’s very loyal,easily trained,super smart,a cuddler, and ,undoubtedly,the best dog I’ve ever owned. She’s been raised,as my Therapy&Service Dog. As well, she works ,with other dogs that have confidence issues, build their confidence. All training has been done,by me,And it’s rare to see either,of us,without the other.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Cardiac Evaluation
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
