Meet the breeder

I'm Tabitha S., the breeder behind Crown Jewel Cavaliers located in Clemmons, NC. We are a small, 24/7 hands on, family-run breeder devoted to preserving the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel breed. Our program emphasizes exceptional bloodlines with champion pedigrees and thorough health testing. Our puppies are well socialized and ready to be welcomed into your home.

Q. & A. with Tabitha

  • Why did you start breeding?

My journey into breeding began with a deep love for the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a desire to preserve their sweet temperament and beauty. After years in nursing, caring for others came naturally, and raising puppies became an extension of that passion. What started with one beloved Cavalier quickly grew into a heartfelt commitment to responsible, loving breeding.
  • What makes your program special?

What makes our program special is the love and intention behind every puppy we raise. At Crown Jewel Cavaliers, we focus on health-tested parents, exceptional pedigrees, and early socialization in a loving home environment. With over 20 years in nursing, I bring compassion, attentive care, and dedication to each puppy from the very beginning. We raise the puppies in our family room of our home.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include blenheim, ruby, tri-color, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

    Verified owner · June 2026

We are so happy we found Tabitha and Crown Jewel Cavaliers. Our family has owned the Cavalier King Charles breed before. When our 2 senior Cavaliers passed on, we knew we wanted another Cavalier and a companion for our 5 month old Cavatzu Ozzy. Tabitha’s puppies have not disappointed us. We picked a little Ruby Cavalier and named her Rosie. She is smart, playful, affectionate, and has bonded to Ozzy and visa versa. For a smallish puppy, she has a lot of moxie…🤣. Tabitha described her perfectly. Tabitha was and has been responsive to questions we have had and initiates checks on Rosie to see how we are doing. We are so grateful to have found Tabitha. Crown Jewel Cavaliers will not disappoint you if you’re looking for a beautiful and high quality puppy.
