  • Why did you start breeding?

    I became a student of the breed many years ago. Since showing and competing, I realized how rare a true working, thinking and engaging aussie is. I have those wonderful lines and am honored to continue to improve upon them with exceptional sires and dams.

  • What makes your program special?

    We are a small family breeder. Our pack are family first. When trusted to raise this exceptional breed, we promise to train, work and engage these incredible animals bred to herd and protect. At CU2 Aussies, we don't sell pups, you become part of the family.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include black, red merle, blue merle, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Catherine

Catherine has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include a $250 refundable deposit and between $1,550 - $3,250 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The investment includes the health guarantee, AKC registration, first round of vaccinations, deworming, and puppy socialization. All pups will have cropped tails and dewclaws. A $250 deposit is required to be waitlisted. When the litter is born and a fit likely, a 50% non refundable deposit is required to hold the pup. Balance due before delivery, eta 8-10 weeks of age.”

Catherine may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Animal Genetics Panel, Collie Eye Anomaly (CEA), Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    Catherine was very helpful with the whole process - of course we were going to welcome puppy Lincoln to our home - but we had the option to meet/play if we wanted before hand, which was reassuring. All of the paperwork was ready to go, the location was very clean and an extremely high standard of care was obvious.     Catherine was amazing with her knowledge & understanding of Aussies. She gave me invaluable information on the particulars of "Dancing in the Rain"... My new 9 month old Aussie. Rain is still a little skiddish in her new home but is starting to settle in. She is definitely food oriented which will help her put on a few pounds. I'm sure you that in a week or so she will be fully acclimated to her new home. She's a beautiful little girl & I look forward to many many years of companionship & adventures with her.
